Error message is "1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini"

Downloaded from agilebits site yesterday. It will not open. Error message is "1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini". I've tried removing extra copies including from time machine, rebooting, and adding the line to terminal, as found in this forum. Nothing has worked. What to try next?

    Hi @RayDr,

    We might need to ask for a diagnostic report and see if that highlights anything but just before we do, can I ask where you currently have the 1Password application located? We know some people do like to keep applications somewhere other than the /Applications/ folder but to make things secure it does mean certain checks will fail if the location isn't the standard one now. It might not be this and if it isn't then a diagnostic report could be the way to go.

    I would like you to create a Diagnostic Report please. This guide will assist.
