@shaefromnacogdoches: Unfortunately this isn't a question that AgileBits can answer for you. You'll need to contact Apple for assistance. From my own experience, I'd guess that you need to verify your billing information, which is definitely not something you should share with us, as App Store purchases are through Apple and not individual developers.
