Sync inconsistencies between OSX desktop version and IOS version

Hi

Both the desktop and IOS program say it's synced to icloud, however, I am getting fewer records on my IOS app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.11
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: kb:icloud-troubleshooting-reset-cloud-data, kb:icloud-remove-data, kb:icloud-requires-mac-app-store

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble syncing your devices with iCloud. I'll be happy to help.

    Could you please try adding an item (perhaps a Secure Note) on iOS, and see if it syncs to the Mac? And can you please double check that both devices are signed into the same iCloud account?

    Please let me know how that turns out.

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for the quick reply. I just figured it out, as in iCloud drive was not activated.

    All my other Macs with the older OS works fine. It's only the desktop with El Capitan that had inconsistencies.
