iphone and iPad sync problems
hello
I am having a problem syncing. I use Dropbox to sync between Mac, iPhone and IPad using the latest version of 1password on all devices. The Mac version is fine. However the iPad syncs on and off but it is not reliable. I sometimes need to "force" it by going into the vault and selecting sync. The iPhone just won't sync no matter what I do. I have tried reinstalling it but all to no avail. I have tried the troubleshooting advice on the website too. Please can you help me resolve the problem. Thanks.

@mikeacoyle see if anything in this knowledge base article helps:
Dropbox sync is not working
(Edit: I mention it because I'm unclear exactly what 'troubleshooting advice" you have followed. If you need to post again please tell us exactly what versions of 1P you are running—because "latest" seems to mean different things to different people—and also your OS X and iOS version numbers.)

Stephen,
The link resolved my problem. I seemed to be having dropbox issues. It took some working out and trying different things but I found a solution.
Thanks so much.

On behalf of Ben, you're most welcome! I'm glad to hear that helped.
I did also want to mention this in case you run into more issues, or for anyone else visiting this discussion: the new All Vaults feature has brought with it some issues, one of which is that individual vaults will not sync until you switch to them. We're working on an update to address this. Be sure to let us know if you have any further trouble.

Thanks Brenty.
I notice on my iPad that I still need to go to the individual vault and click "Sync Now" to force a sync. Not a big deal now that I am aware of it. Look forward to the fix though.0 -
@mikeacoyle: Hmm, in my testing it appears to sync automatically shortly after I switch to it...but of course we're already having to go out of our way to do that, so that's not really much help either. We're testing a fix for this currently in beta, and if all goes well we'll be able to get it out to everyone soon. Thanks for your patience!
