I'm on one password for teams. But i can't login I get an error
HI!
I successfully created a account on one password for teams. But now if i want to login i get a error: Unsupported JWK algorithm RSA-OAEP-256
what to do! I don't have my Account Key or Emergency Kit. So I think I did something wrong. The admin can only see that I successfully created a account but can't restore my account. So what now?
We tried this: https://support.1password.com/teams-admin-recovery/ But the admin can't click on begin recovery for my account.
Thanks Anne

I am sorry about the problem!
At the moment, Safari could only work for the team accounts that were created today. We missed this scenario and should have blocked registrations for existing teams. This is because the team encryption key pairs were generated using "RSA-OAEP-256" algorithm that Safari does not yet support.
We are implementing migration that team owners will be able to use to migrate team encryption keys to the support algorithm. That might take a few days.
Later today we will add a fix that will allow you to register using Chrome or Firefox.

Hi @roustem . Just FYI, we've got two team members who are in the same boat. They're going to email AgileBits support today. Definitely seems to be a correlation with the use of Safari to complete some part of the sign-up process. Unfortunately, switching to a supported browser afterwards is too late. Good luck to your team in fixing the problem.

Hi,
If I understand correctly there is nothing I can do except, create a new account in Chrome for example? Is there a way to delete my wrong account so i can use the same email again? I Included screenshots of the admin panel.
Thanks!

@Burgaud and @tyrale, AgileBits Support have told me they're rolling out an update soon to address this issue. My guess is they'll enable the missing/inactive admin functions to perform recovery/deletion rather than any direct maintenance of the problematic accounts by AgileBits (since that should be impossible by design).
From their latest email to my crew:
We are implementing some server upgrades that will help to get your team members are who left in a zombie state after setting up with Safari out of the state they are currently in. We should have those updates in place by the end of this week. I'll follow up with you as soon as that update drops with next steps to bet them all unblocked.0 -
@Burgaud I removed your second screenshot since it contained some sensitive information and this is a public forum.

That is correct at the moment. Please get in touch with us at support@1password.com with the email address you used to sign up. We'll do our best to get things up and running. :)
@LesserSpottedPotoroo Indeed! We're still working on getting this resolved thoroughly. If you are having trouble, for now we'd like to ask that you get in touch with us via email using the address mentioned above. It's easier for us to discuss this privately since some information is not meant to be public.

Hi @penderworth, we're already in active conversation with the Support team on the topic. The update was mentioned by an AgileBits moderator in another thread so I didn't believe I was betraying any confidences in noting it here - more just reassuring the user community that, as a fellow customer, my impression is that the AgileBits crew are working diligently on the problem (and communicating well, too).
Hope that's cool and looking forward to moving beyond the issue so we can expand our use of what is an excellent evolution in the 1Password platform.

@LesserSpottedPotoroo: No worries! We're just trying to be extra cautious with 1Password for Teams-related public discussions, since there is a greater risk of disclosure of information we haven't released publicly yet...but most importantly many conversations will be account-specific, and we don't want to inadvertently encourage anyone to share their own private information. Therefore, a more private conversation via email is the best course. Better safe than sorry! :chuffed:
