After successfully synching on I-Cloud, almost immediately 1PW quits.

I have 1PW on my Mac and on the Iphone. Both are set up for I-Cloud sync.
After opening 1PW on the Iphone, sync occurs. However, very shortly afterward, IPW IOS shuts down, even before I have a change to look things up. I have to then reenter my 1PW password again and the same thing happens, the sync occurs and 1 PW shuts down. For all intents and purposes, 1PW has become unusable.

How can I stop 1PW from shutting down almost immediately and requiring me to re-enter my password?

    • Which version of 1Password you have on each your Mac and your iPhone?
    • Which version of OS X you have on your Mac and which version of iOS you have on your iPhone?
