can you keep shared vaults logins synced if a password is changed or do you have to re-share the new password with the person you are sharing the vault with? I'm sharing a vault with my wife but any changes that are made in my primary vault are not syncing to the shared vault. i have a mac, iPad,and iPhone but she only uses iPhone.

Hey @jacks14! It depends on how you're sharing things. You mentioned "vaults" at first, which made me think you might be sharing an entire vault, but the rest of the post doesn't make it sound like that. If you're sharing an individual item, it will not stay in sync automatically — you will need to share it again if it has been updated. This knowledge base article has info on sharing an individual item. Sharing a vault, on the other hand, will indeed update the items within it that have been changed because it's a synced sharing via Dropbox. Hope that helps! :)

ok ill try and explain better. i recently set up a "family vault" to share certain passwords with my wife. i created the vault in a shared dropbox folder between us. i then went into my primary vault and clicked the share button and shared it with the "family vault" however i recently changed a password in my primary vault and i noticed it did not sync to her "family vault". i would like to sync any changes that are made between the two of us so if I'm doing it wrong please explain to me how it can be done. thanks in advance

@jacks14 Ah, that's a different case than I imagined. Thanks for the details. :) To answer your question, no: The changes made to the item in your Primary vault will not be reflected in the Family Vault as well. Items only sync with a specific vault, not across them, for various reasons. I would recommend simply using the Move option to share the item to the vault, then using the item from there in the future. You can add the Family Vault to your other devices as well so you always have access to that item. Let me know if that helps.
