I had my US Passport (jpg) stored in 1P, but it won't open. Just says "loading".
Some time ago I uploaded US Passport pics to 1P. today I tried to open the pics, but I just get the message "loading". I'm using IMac, IPhone, Ipad. i'm using the latest updates on 1P. please contact me directly, if possible. thank you for your help.

Oh, when I clicked on the US Passport attachment, the picture opened in Adobe, but not on my computer or phone...so, if I'm traveling outside of the US and need it to open up on my phone...that's the problem

Well, I just deleted the old attachments and did it over. It worked. So, thanks anyway.
