@Helena_Rizor please give us a little more information, This is the 1P for iOS support forum but you mention 1Password 5 at the bottom of your post, which is 1P for Mac. Please clarify whether the problem relates to 1P for Mac (in which case someone will move your post to the 1P for Mac forum) or 1P for iOS. If it does relate to 1P for iOS please tell us:

@Helena_Rizor: Indeed, it sounds like this is a site-specific issue, so the details will certainly matter.

More generally, often a problem like this occurs because the site is limiting the password length and truncating it as you enter it manually, whereas 1Password is able to dump the whole thing it there all at once; so it may be 1Password was able to save the and fill the entire password, even though the site only accepted part of it, either when saving it or when it is entered. Please let us know what you find! :)

Thanks for responding. I am using 1Password version 6.1.2. for iOS. My iPad and iPhone both use iOS version 9.1.

Glad to hear you were able to get this working, @Helena_Rizor. I've split your question regarding 1Password for Windows into a new thread in our Windows forum (here) so that it gets the attention it deserves from our Windows team. :)

    Thanks!

    Ben
