Migrate 3.7 to 6 (hardwire) - won't work

I've filled this out 4 times but your site keeps cutting me off. Can't tell if they've gone through. One more time: I'm trying to migrate from 3.7 to 6.1.2. Followed your online instructions. Downloaded new version. Backed up. Did a hard-wire synch. But when I re-open the new version of 1Password after supposedly synching the import file, the synch icon just spins. Can't see any evidence that anything has been synched or downloaded. Can't navigate out of the settings field.

1Password Version: 3.7 to 6.1.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: IOS 9.1
Sync Type: hardwire

    Hi @Jeff1959,

Just so we're clear and understanding each other properly, you're following the steps in How do I upgrade from 1Password 3 on iOS? (1Password 3.7.1 or earlier) and you've backed up, altered the file extension and copied it to a copy of 1Password for iOS with a blank vault by way of iTunes?

I'm curious, if you connect your iPhone back to iTunes what does the filename of the file you added now show? It should change if it's been found and imported so that will give us a place to start with identifying the issue.
