@RMack99 - You just told AgileBits that you believe you've been charged twice. I'm a user like you and have no access to the records needed to check this out, but rest assured that a person from AgielBits will be along in short order to follow up and help sort this out.

@RMack99: Indeed, you've come to the right place! And you're absolutely right: you did (apparently) pay twice for two identical licenses.;
No problem! I've refunded the full amount of the one you haven't used so you can continue using the same one in the future, and you should see the refund itself show up in your account in a matter of days.
I did also want to mention though that the email address in our system is different from the one you used to register on the forums here. That's perfectly fine, but if you want the license updated with this email address, just say the word and I'll take care of that for you too. Just be sure not to post your email address publicly. I've already got it, and we don't want some spammer picking it out of your post. Cheers! :)
