ITunes Backup Cannot be Completed

iTunes does not show 1Password as an app that can transfer documents between IPhone and my Surface Pro3. My iCloud backup on my iPhone 6plus quit working and I need to restore my phone -- need to back up my 1password before restoring iPhone. Help!!

    @Barb Banman: Unfortunately iTunes File Sharing is just really difficult to navigate sometimes, especially if you have a lot of iOS apps. Please follow this guide, as the screenshots and instructions there will do a much better job of directing you to the right place than I could:
