1Password is being glitchy.
Hi,
I was trying to edit an identity, and every time I tried to add a section or a text field, it would end up somehow appearing at the top of the identity list instead of going below the previous field or section. Sometimes it would also appear like as if it was being overlayes on top of another section or field, or it would sometimes show up filled with a grey box.
I've tried uninstalling 1Password and reinstalling it my iPhone, but the problem is still going on.
I would do a hard iPhone reset, and shut my iPhone down and power it back on to see if it would help, but I've done that before and went back into using 1Password and the glitch would still persist.
I'm running iOS 9.1 too. If it helps to know too, I'm using an iPhone 5s.
Thank You
:)

Thanks for taking the time to write in with this difficulty. Could you please let us know which version of 1Password you currently have installed on your iPhone? What you are describing sounds like a bug that existed in a previous version of 1Password, but has since been fixed.
Which version of 1Password am I running?
Thanks!
Ben

Thanks for the additional information, @ChocolateAndTech. Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce this on my devices. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

It looks like you have a coma in there where there should be a period.
support+forum@agilebits.com
Thanks.

I think I was just using it as a part of my sentence. But I think it sent to the right email because I got a response from "BitBot" and someone from AgileBits. Do you know what I can do to fix the problem I'm having?

I don't know of a workaround or solution at this point. It looks like Laura emailed you back requesting some additional information. I understand you aren't able to reproduce the problem at the moment, but when you are, please send that info along and we'll update our developers.
Thanks!
Ben
