Generate Diceware plus specials?

It's a perfect storm: I have one password with all these constraints:
1. requires high security (high quality)
2. occasionally has to be entered from memory (used in several contexts)
3. enforces pw composition rules ("at least three of these seven categories of character")

I'd like to use Diceware (to help with #2), but I'm compelled to "salt" it with digits, special characters, mixed case, etc.

Thanks for taking the time to write in, @jrepenning. Our password generator does not currently have an option which generates passwords that address all three of these concerns. It may be appropriate in this case to generate a diceware password, save it, and then edit it such that it meets your other requirements (case, special characters, etc).

Please note that currently passwords cannot be edited directly in the password generator, so you'd have to save the password into a login item first and then edit from there. We do have an improvement request filed to consider implementing the ability to edit the password right in the generator, so hopefully that is something that will eventually make it to the top of the to-do list.
