Cannot sync 1password on iOS with dropbox or wi-fi sync, so cannot set up on my Mac [moved to email]

I have read ALL the directions. My iphone will not sync successfully to dropbox or via wi-fi sync and so i cannot set up 1password on my Mac - which I am trying to do in order to share vault with my husband's iphone. I repeat I have read and tried ALL THE DIRECTIONS and already searched the knowledge base. None of this is working. The Mac does not "see" a vault. the keychain file does not show up in Dropbox. The dropbox indicates it's done syncing but the 1password app on phone doesn't ever stop syncing. I think. It's quite impossible to tell. I need a live support person to walk me through this please. DO NOT point me toward a website or community forum answer. I HAVE TRIED ALL THESE ALREADY.

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one each from your iPhone and your Mac.

    Please attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is addressed quickly. :)

    Once we see the reports, we should be better able to help you work out this Dropbox sync issue. Thanks very much!

    whoa, now I also have Support ID#EMV-71959-283. I'm not sure how I created two of these. Sorry.
