    Hi @lisapag,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

Can you provide the version number for the 1Password app on your iPhone?

    1. Launch 1Password and unlock your vault.
    2. Tap Settings.

The version number can be found at the beginning of the text underneath Recommend 1Password.

    Hi @lisapag,

Thanks for that information. The first thing to try, if possible, would be to update to the latest version of 1Password, which is 6.1.2. That version requires iOS 9, so you may need to do a software update if you're not already running iOS 9.

Otherwise, we have an article in our knowledgebase about this very error, with step-by-step instructions to help you resolve it:

Wi-Fi Sync error 7027: Attempted to sync with a different vault than originally configured (iOS)

Let us know how that goes for you!

Okay, I updated the software on my iPhone. Now my error says "Computer not found: 1Password could not find a Mac or PC to sync with. Please make sure your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network and is running 1Password app with sync option enabled.

    Help!

    Hey @lisapag,

Thanks for the update, and sorry you've run into another error! That is something our developers are working on fixing, but in the meantime, the workaround for that is posted here. I will note that it's not a permanent fix and you may see the error again and have to do these steps more than once; again, we apologize for that inconvenience and hope to fix it soon.

If that gets to be too much hassle, Dropbox sync would be another option to consider.
