My password doesn't work

It asks me to enter Master Password which is different from the login page I used to use. It tells me to try again and then gives a hint that I've neve seen before.

    Hi @brucefinne,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. How are you attempting to access 1Password? Are you using the 1Password app, or are you trying to login using the 1Password.html file in Dropbox? I ask, as I see from your post you reviewed our guide on 1PasswordAnywhere, which would be the latter, but will not work on iOS (you'll need the 1Password for iOS app).

    If you are using the 1Password app could you please let me know which of these icons you have?
