My touch ID has disappeared but even worse my masterpassword not working. I am completely locked out of information I stored. Is there a way to restore new password from your end? I updated newest version of app but had problem prior to that. I did the quick fix for touch ID ie turn off, reboot them turn touch ID on but still no prompt for touch ID. Please help
