I have a new iphone 6splus and the 1Password now keeps shutting down. Anything I need to do or add? Thank you. Angela

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Could you please let me know which of these icons you have for 1Password on your iPhone?

    If you have an older version please do not delete it! But please do download the new 1Password for iOS app from the App Store. Then you'll want to follow these instructions on getting your data from the old app to the new:

    How do I upgrade from 1Password 3 on iOS?

    Also: for the future, you will want to make regular backups of your 1Password data following these instructions:

    Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

    You may also want to consider syncing your data:

    Sync | 1Password for iOS
