Unable to restore purchase
Hi. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone. Restored a backup of my old iPhone 5 into the new iPhone 6. My previously purchased 1Password does not allow me to restore, insisting that my Apple ID is different. However, this is a backup restore. The Apple ID has to be the same! Don't know
1Password Version: 6.1.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 9.1
Sync Type: Icloud

Hi @Paoloveggie
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I have heard a few reports of this. It seems the restore process may do something funky in this regard. In any event, the best way forward is:
1) Backup your data: https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
2) Erase the 1Password app from your device
3) Reinstall 1Password
4) Attempt restoring the Pro features again (if necessary -- they may already appear)
5) Restore the backup you made following the instructions from step 1I hope that helps!
Ben

I tried deleting the reinstalling the app. It still doesn't allow me to restore purchase.

@Paoloveggie: To be clear, the Apple ID doesn't have to be the same to restore from a backup. And of course the Apple ID can be changed, so you may have used the same one to backup and restore after purchasing using a different Apple ID.
Unfortunately this isn't something that AgileBits can resolve, since the App Store is owned and operated by Apple. Ultimately you'll need to get this straightened out with them if the App Store isn't validating your purchase. However, be sure to check your records, as you'll have received an email receipt for the purchase. This will tell you the date and version, as well as the Apple ID used at the time. That information should allow you to get this resolved. Please let us know how it turns out! :)
