the app doesn't load onto my iPad 2 air

I cannot seem to get the app to load onto my ipad2air. I've been using 1Password on my Mac and iPad for years. They have been functioning well together. Suddenly, a week ago my iPad glitched and I had to wipe it and reset it up as a new device. Then I reloaded all my apps from iTunes...but the 1 Pass app won't load. iTunes even shows that it there.
I am current on all versions (both Mac and iOS).
The app icon will appear (in a gray color) as its loading into iPad, then it disappears..POOF..
I've restarted, wiped. Deleted and reinstalled from the app store both on the Mac (through iTunes) and the app store on the iPad. Nothing seems to solve it. ????

1Password Version: 5.4.1
Extension Version: 4.4.4
OS Version: 10.10.5
Sync Type: through iTunes, plug it in

@JasonOxenrider: Unfortunately there isn't a switch that AgileBits can flip as a 3rd party developer to get the App Store to install for you, so you may need to contact Apple for assistance.

While iOS 9 has been otherwise great for me, I've had similar issues with app downloads and updates refusing to install. This has always worked itself out in time, but unfortunately as you mentioned restarting the device doesn't always help. One thing that you can check though is your iOS Settings > General > Restrictions, as 1Password is rated 17+ due to the integrated 1Browser.

I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out! :)

Yeah!!!! It was the "Restrictions" issue. Once I disabled Restrictions it loaded up perfectly. I would have never found that fix. Thanks so much!!!!!! Love my 1Password.
