I am trying to sync my iPad to the cloud. It is asking me my favorite place and I am not getting the answer right. Is there a way to change the question?

    It's not the appl password I forgot, it is the password to merge my iPad with my phone.

    Thanks for writing back, @scratchdog1. Just to be clear, 1Password doesn't normally prompt you to answer any security questions (i.e. your favorite place). Did you perhaps use that as a hint for your Master Password?

    What will clear this up pretty easily is if you take a screenshot of the exact prompt you are seeing and attach it with your reply.

    @scratchdog1: And to be clear, if it's your Master Password you're having trouble with, we don't have it.

    For your privacy and security, your Master Password is known only by you, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    It sounds like you may have simply set up a different Master Password on your iPad. Please let me know what you find!
