Need help with set up,
I bought your app on my iPhone and the password i created,does not work. The vault is empty, never been used. I would like to
set it up but need your "live" support.

@Jane5147 - You will get the fastest support if you describe you issues more completely right here. I'm sure those who will respond will need some additional information, though. Please describe what happens when you try to enter your password. And if you need to start over completely,,the directions for doing that are here: How do I start over with an empty vault?
I deleted your phone number to protect you from the nuisance calls it will certainly attract when you post it publicly, and I retired you post to make it more informative about your issue and to take the phone number out.
You posted in the Mac forum, but you talk about the iOS version. So I'm going to move it to the iOS section of the forum. The directions for staring over will be different from the ones I've posted, so please confirm your version.

@Jane5147 - That link is for Mac. If you need to start fresh for iOS, delete the application from your device, restart the phone, and download a fresh copy from the iTunes App Store while logged in under the Apple ID you used to get your copy in the first place. You'll be greeted with a screen that lets you begin afresh.
