When I get to the last step of manual restore, the "Restore from Backup" is grayed out. Help.

I've been trying to restore my 1Password on my iPhone from a manual backup. Things seem to go fine until I get to step 8 of Restoring Manual Backups. The instruction say to tap on "Restore from Backup" but that option is grayed out. My backup was made from an earlier version of 1Password. The backup appears in the file sharing window on my Mac.
