Syncing iPhone 6s to Windows10 Laptop

I have a iPhone 6s and have just installed 1Password and synced it with 1Password on a Windows10 laptop. The items all download but not in the Organised folders. This sync was carried out using the wifi sync. I am trying to sync with the dropbox but it does not seem to be able to. The sync icon continues to rotate. I have confirmed that I am syncing with the one dropbox I have but it appears not to. Any suggestions?

1Password Version: latest
Extension Version: latest
OS Version: IOS 9.2
Sync Type: Dropbox

I am having all sorts of problems getting my devices outside of my Windows 10 laptop to sync with Dropbox.
I can sync with each of the 4 Apple devises (2 iPhones and 2 iPads) using wifi sync but when I try to sync to Dropbox I get the following message on the iOS devices -

Failed to delete remote path. Path:/apps/1password/1password 2.agilekeychain/data/default/EE7205865471425F8457461A3A02FEE1 (Keith Henley's conflicted copy).1password

What does that all mean? Everything was working fine until I reset my iPhone.
What ha\s happened? Can anyone help to get me back on track with everything syncing to my Dropbox?

@keithjrn48: Unfortunately this is a Dropbox error, so there won't be much that AgileBits can do to resolve it, it or even say what might be causing the issue. So you may need to contact Dropbox directly for assistance:

I'm glad to hear that Wi-Fi Sync is working for you in the mean time though. One thing you can try is to disable Dropbox Sync on all devices, and then enable one at a time to see where the problem lies. Sometimes there's a discrepancy with the system time on a device which causes sync conflicts. And then verify your Dropbox setup to narrow it down:

Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

This was not the solution for resolving the Dropbox error which rather lead me up a blind alley. Mike Tselikman came to the rescue with his diagnosis of synchronisation corruption. The problem was resolved by deleting the apps from the IOS devices, reinstalling and synchronising with the Dropbox data on the Windows 10 laptop. All working well now. The iPasssafe app despatched to history.

  • Thanks for the update, @keithjrn48. Glad to hear Mike was able to help.

If we can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
