sort of freeze from 1password mini
Since few weeks I having this trouble. I open an item on password mini to copy and paste info for log in and then the small 1password window remain frozen and visible on top of the screen. Every other window I open are covered by 1password small window except by other 1password mini windows I open.
The only way to make disappear is restarting computer. Any idea how to solve it? Thanks
Flavio

@fvn: Well that is the strangest thing I've seen in a long time. Thanks of the screenshot! I wouldn't have believed it otherwise — if I'd even understood the description.
That is a menu which is part of 1Password mini. Like any other menu in OS X, it's dismissed when it loses focus. Or at least it's supposed to be. Do you have this problem with any other menus on your Mac? Are you able to dismiss it by clicking the 'anchor' icon, and then closing the window?
I almost didn't know what I was looking at, because I've never seen a disembodied detail view like that before. It's always attached to the rest of the menu:
Please try updating OS X to the current version and see if that helps. I look forward to hearing back from you!

Try to answer:
The problem is only with 1P mini and only with the second window of the menu. In case of your picture the small one on the left would dismiss when you move the mouse while the one on the left stay. This will always stay on top. Either small anchor and Edit button are no clickable once is frozen.
It doesn't happen all the time just about 50% of the time. But when it happen I have to reboot the machine.
I can't update for now OSX but I will be back as soon as I can update.

@fvn: Understood. Thanks for getting back to me! Be sure to let me know if the OS X update resolves the issue completely once you're able to.
In the mean time, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get to the bottom of this! :)

Hi @fvn,
Thanks for following up to let us know, and for the new screenshot! I see that you sent us a diagnostics report a few weeks ago and have been working with our support team on this via email. I'll update the email thread with your new information. To avoid confusion, I'll close this forum discussion and we'll keep the conversation going via email so we don't duplicate efforts between here and there. Someone from the support team will get back to you as soon as possible via email with more information, and hopefully we'll get this all worked out soon. Thanks so much for your patience! :)
