I do not get access to 1password, i do think i remember my password correctly, please help...
I do not get access to 1password today. Can you please advice me what to do? Is the account locked? Can you check if password has been changed recently - i think i have never changed this logon password to 1password. I am using iphone and ipad, probable synced via icloud.

@oddgeirB: Sorry for the confusion! You don't have a 1Password 'account'; rather, your vault is noted on your device and must be unlocked using your Master Password.
(Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!

I had forgotten my main password to 1Password. I have now logged on again and everything is ok :-) Thank you for your quick feedback. You may "close" this case/ticket. This was my mistake, i simply forgot my password.
