What does a team owner do if he has misplaced his Emergency Kit.

If an owner of a team account misplaces their Emergency Kit and did not add another team member as part of the recovery group, is there anyway to recover the account?

    https://support.1password.com/teams-admin-recovery/ states that there isn't a way to recover the main account.

    Does this mean would have to export all our vaults and recreate new team?

    Please advise....

    @michaelbchu: It does. AgileBits doesn't have access to your data under any circumstances. If we do need to reset or delete a team for you, shoot us an email at support@1password.com from the account owner's email address so we can help.

    Wow. This is really sad!

    We are making changes that hopefully will help more teams to have more than one person being able to recover.
