Remove contextual menu option for 1Password in browsers

    Just to add my vote to context menu removal request

    OSX 10.10.5 FireFox 43

    incorrect thread couldn't delete although universal issue across all platforms

    Hi @illusion3,

    I've split your post from the other thread since it is not related. We'll take your vote on that, we'll see if we can make it optional for some users.

    However, we will not remove it if there's no way to make it optional as some browsers are limited in what we can do with the contextual menu, it's either opt-in or opt-out, no additional options.

    Sounds good

    I am not technical but just to share a way around this using firefox (upto version 42), the browser addon Menu Edit was used which provided the option to modify the FF's context menu.

    Indeed. However, the 1Password extension is available for many other browsers. :)

    We'll see what the best course of action is in the future. Thanks for bringing this up!
