Copying logins between vaults
I haven't been able to find a way to copy a login from one vault to another vault and so I'm stuck having to re-create items across multiple Vaults to allow specific teams members access to certain items.
Am I missing something?
I'm doing this in the web-portal by the way.

The web client does not have the ability to copy the items between vault at the moment.
If you can, please use the Mac app to copy items between vaults for now.

Tried this, but the items list on the mac app is grayed out and doesn't contain the vaults anyway?

Sorry, the vaults are there, but are grayed out. Found something that says I must have downloaded the free version and need to pay to upgrade to be able to copy items between vaults? In addition to Teams, which as I understand is free now but will soon be costing me?

Hi @skitowndeb! Sorry for the trouble. It sounds like you may not have added your Teams account to your app. Just follow the steps in our Migrate to a Family or Team account knowledge base article to sign in and get your current data moved over. :) Let us know how it goes.
