chrome 1password extension cannot find 1password helper

I have updated 1password and uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. But every time i click the 1pw icon on the upper rt side of the browser it tries to find 1password helper. I tried restarting the password helper, but that does not help. this started about a week after using 1 password and we haven't been able to use it since.

1. What operating system and version of that operating system are you running?
2. What version of 1Password are you running?
3. What version of Chrome are you running?
4. What version of the 1Password extension is installed?

I believe that information will allow us to narrow in on the likely cause and then we should be in a better position to help :smile:
