1 password 3 not synching with latest version
Having trouble moving data from iOS version of 1Password 3 to latest version. Tried everything so far and nothing seems to be synching

Hi there. Yes I have 1password version 3 and the latest version on my iOS device. I just downloaded for MAC as well. I have been able to pair the latest app with my MAC. However there is no data in there, b/c it is all on the odler version 3 app. every time I open the older app is asks if I want to copy the data into the latest version, which I say yes to and nothing happens and no data transfers.

I tried that earlier and just tried it again...same result. Nothing transfers over. Would love to talk to someone there, but I guess you don't have customer support via phones?
