Edits in iOS don't sync to dropbox

If I make an edit in the iOS app, the content.js file is updated in dropbox, but not the vault files. So when I open the vault on my PC, for example, I do not see the edit that I made. Editing from my PC will show up on iOS, however. I'm using an iPhone 6S with 1P 6.1.2.
