What does iPad message mean: "This app is no longer shared with you"

After using 1PW on my wife's iPad w/o trouble, ab a week ago I started getting this message every time I try to open the app. I can't launch it at all. What's going on?

    Hi @lev1872,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. This message isn't generated by 1Password, so it must be coming from the App Store / iOS itself. Did you perhaps make changes to your Family Sharing settings?
