Wifi Sync option does not show up on iPhone 6 Plus even though connected to same Wifi Network
Hi, I created a new vault to sync on my Mac with my iPhone 6 Plus but in 1Password on the iPhone, under settings and Sync, I do not have an option that says Wifi Sync, it only says Sync and then under that it says Items. I have version 9.0 and on the Mac Ox X Yosemite 10.10. Is it possible to sync? Thanks
1Password Version: 6.1.2
Extension Version: 4.4.4
OS Version: Ox X 10.10.5
Sync Type: Wifi

Hi @tatiana,
I'm sorry you're having a little trouble with the sync options on your iPhone!
In 1Password 6 for iOS, we added a new "All Vaults" feature which allows you to view items from multiple vaults in the same view (in the Categories section, for example). It sounds like you have multiple vaults set up in 1Password on your iOS device and are in the "All Vaults" view, which unfortunately causes some confusion on the Settings > Sync screen because it only shows an item number.
I apologize for the confusion! This has been addressed in a beta version, so barring any unforeseen circumstances, it will make much more sense in the next stable update. For now, here's what you'll need to do:
- In 1Password on your iPhone, go to the Categories section.
- Tap the vault icon in the upper left corner and choose the Primary vault.
- Go back to the main Settings screen in 1Password, then tap Sync.
Now you should see the sync settings for the Primary vault, and you can continue to follow the steps to set up Wi-Fi Sync. Does that help at all? Let us know how it goes, thanks! :)

Thanks Drew. Yep, now I see "Sync using Wi-fi" option and I have tried clicking the refresh list but nothing happens. I turned off wifi on both devices, turned them back on and connected again. What am I doing wrong?

@tatiana: You're probably not doing anything wrong, but Wi-Fi Sync depends on your network environment to work. If something on the network is preventing your devices from even 'seeing' each other, they will not be able to sync. But there's still hope! Please follow the steps in this guide, as it will help narrow down the problem:

Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

I am using iPhone6s and Mac OS X El Capitan. Can't sync to new iPhone 6s. Tried all your suggestions. Nothing on your site is helping me. I assume it's due to the new 6s and El Capitan not liking each other, but I'm an old lady rookie. I've never had problems syncing in the past.

Hi @TexasLiz,
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
