Secure Note issues

in Apple Watch

I added a Secure Note since I use a site that requires a login password and a second password to do a secure search. When trying to view the Note on my Apple Watch I get the following message. "Please complete this item's details on your iPhone" I checked the note on the phone and see nothing missing. Help?

    @Oly5315 Sorry about the troubles with he Secure Note on your Apple Watch. Currently, Secure Notes on Apple Watch can only display the Notes field. Custom fields such as extra text or password fields will not display on Apple Watch for Secure Notes.

    We hope to be able to support this someday, but right now we're limited to that single default Notes field.
