@claudette this is a 1Password for iOS support forum—not a general Apple support forum. I'm unclear from your post whether you're actually having problems with 1Password. If you are please explain the problem more fully. Tell us what exactly what you're doing using 1Password and where it doesn't work as you expect. Please also tell us:

• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
• Your iOS version number
