I cannot login in 1password app on my Ipad anymore, although I am sure my master password is right. I tried many times but every time I get the message: try again. What to do?

    @anatweeg: (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Thanks, Benty, the tips worked! I can use 1Password again. I started over by buying a new app, chose a new MP and cynced the new app in my Iphone en Ipad with Dropbox instead of ICloud (as ICloud kept asking me the old MP).

    Excellent! Thanks for the update. You are most welcome! I'm glad to hear that all is well.

    Now, I will say that if you want to use iCloud Sync instead, that's possible too. If you want to reset the data in iCloud so you can sync your current vault there instead, just go to 1Password Settings > Advanced > Erase iCloud data. Then you can setup iCloud Sync.
