How to convert from KeePassX 2.0 to 1Password? (There is no XML export in KeePassX 2.0)

Hello!
How can I convert from KeePassX 2.0 (Mac) to 1Password?
There is no XML export in KeePassX 2.0.
CSV export i available, but I don't want to lose any data beside attachments and icons.
Is there a way to get this done?

    @tom385 does the converter referred to at the start of this thread help at all? It's a utility prepared by an active forum moderator, who is very helpful with imports from other software.

    Hi Stephen,
    Thanks a lot for the link. I was successful.
    I did the DB export on a Win machine using KeePass 2.
    On Win you have the XML export available.
    So everything is perfect :-)
