Accessing 1Password Vaults

I logged into 1Password today and I was locked out of editing my vaults. An icon is highlighted in orange saying my trial period has expired???, I bought my licence in a Parallels for Mac bundle from Cleverbridge and registered the product using the link provided. I went through the process again a moment ago and same result.

Extension Version: 5.4.1
OS Version: OSX 10.10.5
Sync Type: Agilebitz Store
