I can synchro. 1Passw with PC & iPad, on DropBox, not with my iPhone.

With 1Password in my iPhone, it seams that I have 2 folders one with "1Password" and an other with " Dropbox". When I accept to fusionate those to folders, the 1Password' s password or neither the DropBox' s password don' t works. How com? witch password I need to deblock data from 1Password to Dropbox. With my iPad and my PC I have no problems.
1Password 4 on my PC (recently upgrade)
1Password version 6.1.2 on my iPhone and iPad
both version IOS 9.2
