    Thanks.
The issue is still here as I can't make a video to upload ....

  • @ronen If you'd like to upload a video, I'd suggest using a service like CloudUp since the forum doesn't support large files. Just post the link to the video here, but make sure to remove any personal info.

Can I instead send a Video link to your support e-mail address instead of the Forum please ?

First , Thank you for your response and I am "Glad" that you see my issue .
Second , It happened only via 1Password app : 1paasword Browser AND 1Password Safari ver .
In iOS Safari , Not via 1password its OK .
(Even under Privet and not privet safari view -under iOS ...)
So I think 1Paswword app need to exam ...

  • All righty. Noted. Thank you for the details!

Thanks for letting us know about this @ronen. I did some testing on my devices and was able to reproduce the issue you're seeing. Unfortunately I don't think this is something we'll be able to fix. My best guess is that this is happening because of how cookies are handled in Apple's WKWebView API, which is what we use for the browser portion of 1Browser.

I was not able to reproduce this issue in Safari, using the 1Password extension. 1Browser is mostly a holdover from a time prior to being able to integrate directly into Safari (before extensions on iOS were a thing). As such most of our development effort with regards to browsing on iOS is focused on the extension, and we're directing folks there, rather than 1Browser.

Safari (or other compatible browser) + the 1Password extension seems to be the way forward, and is currently the only workaround I'm aware of for this issue.

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

    Thanks!

    Thank you.
    P.S.
Can you advise me please , Why I can't see all my logins in the iOS Safari's Extension ?
I see only the present website login (And one more ) , Always see "Fill Credit Card " data and thats all.
I have more then 200 logins that I don't see in the iOS Safari's Extension ?.
Please see 2 examples fro 2 different websites .
    Thanks
    Ronen

  • Hi @ronen,

That is how the 1Password extension works, intentionally. The only Login items it shows are ones that have a 'website' field with a URL that matches the URL you are currently viewing in the browser. This is the same behavior you'd see when hitting the 'key' icon in 1Browser.

    Thanks.

    Thank you !
So entering a website via the extension is limited to the present one. Meaning : I need to have lots of favorites safari addresses to log in. But when using 1P app , I don't need a favorits as I enter a login directly.

  • Hi @ronen ,

Essentially, yes. In Safari you have to go to the site first. The reason for this is to prevent accidentally tapping on the wrong login and filling in a password from one site into another site. If you have further questions, feel free to reply.
