Issues using ProtonMail in 1browser
Several issues using ProtonMail in 1browser.
Main one being the inability to compose emails but there are several others.
Can log in and decrypt and read but that's where normal functionality ends via 1browser.
Safari seems to handle it ok on the iPhone though. Would prefer to be accessing through the added security of 1browser but don't want a read only experience with my email :-)
Any ideas?

Hi @Dar,
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
We use Apple's WKWebView API for the browser portion of 1Browser. That isn't an experience that we create ourselves. I was not able to reproduce this issue in Safari, using the 1Password extension.
1Browser is mostly a holdover from a time prior to being able to integrate directly into Safari (before extensions on iOS were a thing). As such most of our development effort with regards to browsing on iOS is focused on the extension, and we're directing folks there, rather than 1Browser. There is no security benefit to using 1Browser over Safari, and the only possible privacy benefit can also be achieved in Safari by enabling Private mode:
Turn Private Browsing on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Safari (or other compatible browser) + the 1Password extension seems to be the way forward, and is currently the only workaround I'm aware of for this issue. You can read more about the extension here:
Enable the extension | 1Password for iOS
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Thanks!
Ben
