Windows 7 to IOS wifi Sync won't work

So I have a windows 7 Pro machine and my wife has a Ipad, I want secure passwords and she wants things to be easy.

So I downloaded 1password, this morning I thought I would be the hero, I went to my old password manager and exported and imported passwords to 1password.

Then I loaded up the IOS version and tried a sync, after an hour of trying I quit and here I am, the sync says sync started then fails and give me this message anyone got any ideas so I can be the hero?

I even tried to create a copy of the data and load it through the itunes app manager- Is this possible?

Here is the error code I keep getting?

    OK I have solved this, I tried one last time and this time I created a rule for windows firewall control to allow 1Password and it worked.
