1 year later, still can’t save a login from iOS app without a URL. I just want to save app credentials, name & password, no URL. Easy on Mac OS version no so much on iOS.

  • Hi @BoxCar ,

Where are you running into trouble?

Here are the steps I took:

    1. In the Categories tab, tap + and choose Login
    2. Enter the Login name in the field and tap the right arrow or Create Login for "<login name>"
    3. Enter the user name and tap the right arrow.
    4. Enter a password and tap Save in the navigation bar.

Is there a step above that doesn't work for you? If so, please let us know.

    Regards,
    Kevin

Hi, I’m seeing the ‘Save’ button not activated until after entering a (dummy) URL. It starts greyed-out and stays that way until a URL is entered.
Maybe it is user error of some kind.

  • Hi @BoxCar,

What version of 1Password for iOS do you have installed? I just tested this with 6.1.2 (the latest stable version) and the latest beta and was not even prompted for a URL with either.
