Hi @amaze57,
If this works in Safari then I would recommend accessing it there, using the 1Password for Safari extension:
Enable the extension | 1Password for iOS
The browser within 1Password ("1Browser") is mostly a holdover from a time prior to being able to integrate directly into Safari (before extensions on iOS were a thing). As such most of our development effort with regards to browsing on iOS is focused on the extension.
I hope that helps!
Thanks!
Ben

Why would it work properly on my iPhone 5s but not on my iPad mini?

That is a really great question, @amaze57. I suspect it has something to do with Chase's process for detecting whether a device has been used to login previously or not. The "user agent" that 1Browser uses on iPad is different than the one it uses on iPhone, as many websites use the user agent to determine what screen size you are using, but Chase also likely looks at this when making their determination about past usage.

Thank you
It has worked on the iPad and iPhone for many years. I suspect your firm on the next update will have it work again

Thanks for the update. We haven't made any changes to 1Browser recently, nor do we have any planned for the next update. I hope using Safari for Chase proves to be a workable solution. If we can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
