My 1 password app will not open. Thus I am unable to sync with the new app which I just downloaded.

My 1password screen will not open. I downloaded new 1password app (I have a new iPad with new iOS 9 system) but because I cannot access old app screen, I cannot retrieve passwords or sync with new app. Thus lost all my passwords. Help !

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Was it 1Password 3 for iOS that you were using previously?

If so you'd need to follow these instructions to upgrade from v3 to v6:
