Pro features not loading on iphone

I purchased the combo Mac/Windows package so I should get the pro features automatically. I paid for this and downloaded from the 1password site. On my Mac I have the sites in my vault plus what appears to be the license. When I sync it from Dropbox to my iPhone I get the sites but not what I am calling the license. I have deleted and reopened many times. The original download was done from the App Store and is now on my cloud. Not sure what to try at this point.

    @mchambon:

    That is not correct, I'm afraid. The first thing to make clear is that 1P for Mac (and 1P for Windows, for that matter) and 1P for iOS are completely separate products.

    1Password is licensed per person and per platform, rather than per device. You can read more about AgileBits' approach to software licensing in this knowledge base article.

    1P for iOS is a free download from the App Store accessed from your iOS device—with an in-app purchase to enable pro features. If you make that in-app purchase on one iOS device you can enable the pro features without charge on any other iOS device that uses the same Apple ID.

    When I sync it from Dropbox to my iPhone I get the sites but not what I am calling the license.

    The Mac/Win licence is irrelevant to 1P for iOS. All app store licensing happens automatically via the relevant app store (for example, when you make the in-app purchase of the 1P for iOS pro features using the App Store accessed from your iOS device).

    Stephen,

    Thanks, I thought I saw what I had mentioned and that others mentioned the sme thing and it must have been regarding iOS. iOS and Mac are both Apple so I consider them same.

  • iOS and Mac are both Apple developments, but they are not the same platform. :)

    Thanks.
