Synch appears to work, but no change reflected in Dropbox

I've created a secure note and used 1password anywhere to check if it arrives on Dropbox from my iPad pro. It doesn't arrive despite there only being one vault on the iPad. The iPad tells me it has synced, but it doesn't get any of the Dropbox changes - for example a new logon was created on my Mac for the Agile Bits discussion forum and this didn't appear ob the iPad.

I hope this is enough detail to get started.

    Tried on laptop when I got home and that seemed to sort it. Dropbox seemed to update a ton of files, and now logons I created on iPad appear on desktop.
