I can't seem to get 1Password to work.
I can't seem to get 1Password to work. I have tried to create website login items on my iPad (iOS 9.2) from both within the 1Password app as well as from Safari. I have verified that the 1Password extension is active in Safari. I confirm that the website, login, and password information is correctly saved in 1Password, but when I go to the website in Safari, it does not auto populate the login information (both fields remain blank). I have reviewed the user guide several times to verify that I am doing things correctly but still cannot get it to work.
I did notice one difference from the user guide to what I see on my iPad when trying to create a new login item from within Safari. The user guide indicates that there is a "Done" link at the top of the keyboard after you enter the login ID and password information on the website page. I do not see this. Instead, I simply close the keyboard and select the "Action" icon to access the 1Password app. The login information is saved in 1Password, so I don't think this matters, but thought I'd provide this additional information.
At this point I am getting ready to give up on the app even though I suspect it is operator error. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @hjuliea
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear that things are not working as expected for you. Before we get to far I want to make sure we're clear about what the expectation should be...
When you want to fill a login item into a website are you following one of these two guides?
Fill items in Safari | 1Password for iOS
Use 1Browser | 1Password for iOS
If so is the difficulty you described happening with all websites? None of the logins you saved fill anything? Or is it happening with a limited subset? If the latter, please post the URL(s) to the login page(s) you are having trouble with.
Thanks!
Ben
